Well we made it a week. I am at 199.5 that is down from 206.5 on Monday of last week. :) Ralph is down from 246 to 239
Success.. Now if we can just keep it up. :)
Breakfast- 3 eggs
green tea pill, water pill
Lunch- yogart, and probiotic pill
Snack- apple
Supper- I made a Hawiaan Merinated pork topped with pinnaple, yellow peppers, onions, brocholli, and cauliflour.
I have been trying to be creative in how I prepare all of these vegatables since I have never been a vegetable eater. I find that buying these prepared seasoning packets in the spice isle really help flavor the healthy stuff.
The merinade packet that I bought was called Luau. I just marinated the veggies in a bag in 1/2 the mixture, and the meat in the other half. Then simple fried the chops in olive oil, tossed in the veggies, and then transfered them in to the oven. Very very good. :)
Pork isn't on the list of prefered meats for the first cycle, but that is all I had in the freezer, so I guess we cheated a bit.. Pork, the other white meat! Right?? lol
