I forgot to mention yesterday that I joined the gym so did a full hr of exercise. It is going to take me a month or two to get me back to where I was this time a year ago as far as how long and how much I can work out, but I can say one thing forsure, my body achs, so it got a work out. :)
Breakfast: Rice crispies and milk- I am out of eggs.. Got it on the top of my grocery list. :) green tea pill, water pill.
Today was preschool, and one of the students brough pb and j sandwiches. They were bite sized and in the shape of little air planes. I was so hungry, I could hear the bread calling my name. I just popped one in my mouth, and chewed it up. Spit it right out. Just couldn't swallow it. That bread has so many carbs!!!
Lunch- Apple, yogart, turkey, fish oil pill, probiotics.
Snack after shcool I had celery and peanut butter. PB isn't allowed, but I did have a couple spoon fulls with my celery.
Supper- I took chicken breast, onion, celery and carrots in a pan and cooked them up a bit, threw in a chicken rice seasoning packet. "supposed to be made with rice and baked in the oven" Just omited the rice and added 1/2 bag of peas added a 1 cup of milk and baked in the oven. It would have been super awsome over rice, but it was very hearty and good all by it self. Both ralph and I had seconds. :)
Snack- I bought some frozen yogart at the store, so we each had a small bowl. Very good way to round off the night. :)
